The Sales and Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our sales, leasing, and rental administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. 

Job Description

The Sales and Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our sales, leasing, and rental administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You will be working hand and hand with our Sales Department to create and maintain organization, communication, and efficiency within our company. Applicant will be responsible for answering phone calls, completing monthly billing, creating and processing lease files, along with other administrative duties. To ensure effective and efficient administrative operations, this position requires someone detail-oriented and well organized, with ability to work as part of a team as well as independently on delegated tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct point of contact with customers, vendors, and suppliers

  • Perform accounting tasks for the leasing division (billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, etc.)

  • Create and manage sales, leasing, and rental invoices/contracts

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and respond to correspondence as appropriate

  • Perform direct administrative functions, including but not limited to, customer file organization, invoice tracking, data entry, etc.

  • Preparing licensing documents, vehicle registrations, application of extended warranties etc.

  • Assist with the development of content for social media and the website

  • Other projects and tasks as required for the Sales Department

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will possess a post-secondary Degree/ Diploma; a minimum of 2 years administrative experience

  • Prior experience in automobile or equipment sales is a great asset

  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, along with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams

  • Experience using CDK software is an asset

  • Previous experience in handling confidential information

  • The ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions

  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and communication skills; as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
